Works included a major refurbishment of the existing hotel including new kitchen, toilet amenities, complete refurbishment of lounge, bar & dining areas . All services were upgraded including mechanical , electrical, & hydraulic and the hotel was generally brought into compliance in relation to BCA and access codes. Externally the facade was opened up with new doors & bifold windows so patrons can enjoy the vista to historic Union Square whilst a new courtyard area was constructed featuring a massive sliding roof. |
