Works included a complete refurbishment and extension of this heritage Hotel in Harris Street Pyrmont. The existing first and second floor
accommodation levels were opened up to create new toilets, sophisticated lounges and an upgraded office area to the second floor. Substantial excavation works to the basement were carried out to allow for
additional cool rooms and dry stores.
A new beer ‘garden’ was constructed with a large contemporary steel,
glass and recycled timber structure incorporating a commercial kitchen and bistro, first floor bar and cocktail lounge, external deck with landscaping, and a large balcony. |
