Construction of a brand new 3 storey luxury residence in Drummoyne
with high level finishes incorporated throughout. The residence includes
an excavated basement level / garage and 2 floors for living & entertaining linked by a new passenger lift.
Demolition of the existing brick & sandstone residence and asbestos clad garage were undertaken as well as the removal of 450m3 of rock for the new driveway & basement.
