A complete refurbishment of an existing 1850's three storey sandstone mansion in Vaucluse.
The existing heritage building was given a complete facelift including demolition of internal walls throughout, removal of the existing asbestos roofing and detachment of new front and rear verandah roofs in keeping with the original period the house was built in.
Within the existing roof space, a huge attic style bedroom and ensuite with detailed joinery was constructed whilst the lower levels involved complete demolition of the kitchen, dining room, study, bedrooms, basement retreat & cellar areas with general refinishing occurring throughout.
