Winner 2014 Master Builders ‘Excellence in Housing Award’ Restoration Category

Located at the tip of Ballast Point Birchgrove, this project incorporated a complete restoration of ‘Lerna’, a heritage listed residence and construction of 2 new contemporary pavilions. This beautiful home is a benchmark residence in the area and showcases expressed steel, glass, off-form concrete, sandstone and copper.
