Winner - 2022 Master Builders Excellence in Housing Awards - restorations

This grand heritage residence with guesthouse in Birchgrove had it’s external fabric and structure of stone, slate and timber restored from top to bottom using traditional methods. Internally, the the entire residence was completely refurbished using elegant finishes and fittings with upgrades to all services to suit a modern lifestyle. Extensive works were also undertaken to the external areas including repositioning of the swimming pool to a better suited location to maximise use of external space.
