Neutral Bay

Renovations and extensions to a heritage listed home in Neutral Bay. The project was an exercise in restraint as the brief was about ‘unbuilding’ and revealing the historic layers so they can be displayed into the finished home. The extension to the rear celebrates the use of robust and tactile materials including polished concrete, recycled face brick, steel framed windows, exposed timber rafters and ply ceilings with lime-washed finish.
