Paddo Pool Terrace
A top to bottom renovation and extension that introduced vastly improved access by way of a new lift and reconfigured stairwell over 4 levels.
The existing floor plan and layout was reconciled to suit modern living and bedrooms where provided beautiful new ensuite facilities.
To the rear a 2 storey glazed atrium was constructed to maximise the built footprint whilst also allowing natural light and ventilation to penetrate deep into the home. The 7 metre long curtains and retractable blinds to the glazed roof, provide subtle shading and introduce a sense of drama
The expansive rear garden was also transformed to provide the owners with additional usable outdoor space set in a lush, private oasis with pool/spa and city views.
